RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE HOUSE IN TOWN WEBSITE...........

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to return an item please return the item within 14 days of dispatch date to our store at the following location:

The item must be in it's original packaging and unused, with no damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that the item has been used. Please bring with you the delivery note and receipt you received with the item. If you are not able to pop into the store please contact us to arrange alternative methods of return.
If your item is faulty please return the item to store for a refund or exchange. Please contact us if you are unable to pop into the boutique to make alternative arrangments.
Your statatory rights are not affected.
